Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on August 22, 25 and 28, 2023 found that Valley Home Care had corrected the deficiencies cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on June 29, 2023.
